River Cruise

While the aunts were in town, we met up with a lot of other family down on Craig's uncle's boat. We got hit by a storm on our way to the river which delayed the start of our boat ride. We had to cut it a bit short so that Andrea and Rene could catch their flight home. The kids loved the huge captain's wheel! :)

Another KI Visit

Aunt Melanie and Aunt Andrea were in town this week and spent a lot of time with the kiddos! We decided to head up to Kings Island. I took the kids up after their naps and met up with the others.

6th Anniversary and Father's Day

So Craig was away at camp last week and got home on Thursday night--sick! Yucky sick! He has missed 4 our of our last 6 anniversaries due to camp. This year he came home and was banished to bed for three days. I decided to get carry-out Cheesecake Factory for our anniversary. I really just wanted the cake! Craig ate a little at the table with me and was back in bed. We will try again next year! :) On Father's Day we headed to my parents to eat a yummy meal! Craig didn't get a picture with the kiddos (bad wife) but he was pretty out of it anyway. I did get a picture of the kids with my dad and their cute cousin Karli!

Vacation Bible School

We had a great first week of summer break at VBS. Brandi and I wised up this year and headed up the snacks. :) Maddie and Drew's group came through our station instead of the other, so we got to hang out with them a bit each day. Brandi did an excellent job of being our private photographer and put together this great slideshow. I did have my camera on the last day for the large group performance.

Popcorn!

As a part of our weekly CSA, we get popping corn. You just put the corncob in a brown bag, put it in the microwave and it pops right off the cob! Fresh popcorn and cool to eat off the cob-mmmmmmm!

Strawberries!

Today we met Brandi and the girls at the strawberry patch. The kids loved it. Drew kept yelling, "I found a strawberry Mommy". We collected over 11 pounds of strawberries! YUM!
